Please use the checklist below to make sure that you have submitted everything by
May 24, 2024 to be considered for the 2024-2025 Eastside WBL program.

**Forms must be printed out and submitted to Ms. Echols** 

• WBL Informational Power Point Presentation (click here) - View it with a parent/guardian before completing the application process
• WBL Checklist (click here)
• Completed WBL Application (click here)
• Completed Employment Sponsor Sheet (click here)
• 2 Recommendation Forms (1 Counselor (click here)  and 1 Teacher (click here) 
• Student Resume-Your CTAE teacher can help you OR See SAMPLE if you don’t already have one (WBL Sample Resume here)
• Signed WBL Fact Sheet (Student and Parent) (click here)

Once you have submitted all of the required documents, the coordinator will review your application and transcript for grades, behaviors, pathway and
attendance/tardies.  Coordinator will confirm your employment and you will be notified via email of your application status.
